Deleting Duplicate or Test Participant Accounts

Participant accounts that are used for testing, or have been identified as duplicates and have had all data that is desired to be maintained manually transferred by staff to the correct participant account, can be deleted by renaming the participant's first or last name to "Test" or "test". Accounts with these names will be deleted in the middle and end of the month automatically by the system and cannot be restored. Participant's that do not have a first or last name of test will not be deleted by the system automatically.
