Volunteers

Volunteer staff accounts can be created for an organization that uses volunteers who provide non-direct services and activities that should be tracked for reporting purposes. Volunteer staff only have access to an organizational dashboard (no PHI/PII) and the organizational activities feature. Volunteers can be created similar to any other staff account. Once created, volunteers may also have supervision plans and supervision sessions completed by a supervisor or org admin.
