Activity Log B

The organizational Activity Log B report provides individual activities data, where each row represents a unique activity completed within the reporting period at the organization. Each activity contains the date, length of time (or start and end date if multi-day), the staff user submitting the activity log, the primary type and subtype of the activity, and either the number of attendees or naloxone doses distributed depending on the activity type.
