Discharge

The discharge report is a variant of the individual services report that provides a list of all discharge sessions conducted within the reporting period for a participant at the organization. Each row represents a unique participant's discharge session and includes participant information, session information (e.g., date, length, facilitating staff user, start and end time, engagement channel, etc.), total participant engagement length at discharge (in days), discharge reason, planned discharge activities, discharged referrals made, and discharge session notes.

This report may be used in conjunction with the ISR and group sessions report for fee-for-service invoicing.
