Main Outcomes

The main outcomes report is a historical report that provides top-level data for each participant ever served by an organization using RecoveryLink. Each row of the report is a unique participant with the most up to date contact information, demographic data, recovery characteristics data, and engaged services data. Additionally, outcomes data - including all historical engagement sessions (intakes, initial recovery plans, follow-up engagements, care coordination sessions, discharge sessions) and referrals made - is provided for the entire period of a participants engagement. 

Included participants in this report most have had an intake to the organization by the cut off date of the report or earlier.
