Organizational Administrators

Organizational administrators have the same user permissions and capabilities as all other user types on RecoveryLink. In addition, Organizational Administrators can update their organizational details and service permissions from the Manage tab, including adding new program IDs for the organization. They are also able to promote or demote existing staff users to any other user type available to the organization on the platform.
