Updating Account Details

Any staff user may update their account details - including password and associated email address, by first logging into the RecoveryLink platform and then clicking the "My Account" link in the top right toolbar.

If you are having trouble reseting your password, please email support@myrecoverylink.com with details so we can assist you. You can also reset your password using the "Forgot Password?" link on the login page. Please ensure that you have added myrecoverylink.com to your list of approved senders so that emails are not sent to your junk or spam folder.
