Following a brief intake, a full intake is required for participants electing comprehensive services and optional for those electing brief check-in only services. For comprehensive service participants, following assignment to a peer specialist, a full intake is the next step and must be completed before completing the initial recovery plan.
Full intakes consist of expanded demographic information, recovery characteristics and history, and the services requested by the participant.
For brief check-in only participants, the optional full intake can be completed by navigating to the participant's profile and selecting the "Complete full intake" button below the contact info display table (see screenshot below).
Information provided through the full intake process, and the most up to date information on the participant if updated in future engagements, can be viewed in the participant profile which is accessible by clicking on a participants name in the my participants tab as a peer specialist, from the active participants tab as a peer care coordinator, or from any of the participant tabs as a supervisor or organization administrator.
