Updating Next Engagement Date

Staff may update the participant's next engagement date using the Appointments tab on primary navigation, or from the participant profile > scheduling tab, When an appointment is scheduled in the future for a participant, the system will automatically update the participant's next engagement date using the next appointment date and time in the future (if multiple appointments are scheduled, the next engagement date will update 15 minutes after the end time of the most recent appointment.
