Record deletion request

Mistakes happen and occasionally a record is entered from the wrong workstation, attached to the wrong participant, or entered as the wrong session type. Currently RecoveryLink provides support for records deletion on a monthly basis.

To make a Record Deletion Request

  • View the specific engagement, form, or activity log in the browser
  • Copy the URL from the browser’s location bar
  • Provide this details in a message to support@myrecoverylink.com

We will process the requests monthly and provide confirmation when completed.

Unsupported requests

  • We cannot convert record types when mistakenly entered. The user needs to request deletion and resubmit as the correct record type (e.g., please change Care Coordination to Brief Check-in)
  • We cannot track down record details when given participant ID and dates (e.g., please delete the check-in session from 04/03/24)
