Care Coordination Boards

Care coordination boards in RecoveryLink exist to provide an asyrnchornous communication tool amongst internal staff, other service organizations with the enterprise, or with external referral partner providers.

Care coordination boards are setup by the enterprise administrator and once activated any authorized staff user can post message threads, respond, and communicate as needed from the coordination boards menu item.
