CORE PLATFORM RELEASE NOTES:
- UPDATE: New service episodes feature that introduces the discrete concept of "service episodes" for each participant.
- Manage services form is no longer a participant profile sidebar menu item, all manage service actions are now down from the service episodes page where options are available based on dynamic context of the participant
- Service episodes are now tracked over time with each episode beginning with an intake and ending with a discharge. Discrete actions taken via manage services are captured as part of a service episode for appropriate tracking of changes
- Participant reactivation has been renamed to "start new service episode" and will generate a new reactivation intake session to allow for changes to core participant data (as well as track a unique re-intake session for customers reporting and billing purposes as needed)
- UPDATE: Allow for deployment of custom template types using default custom_templates in the enterprise library
- UPDATE: Display dynamic custom deployment of templates in the core application UI when enabled
- FIX: Instances where recovery plan goals would not render fully in the expanded view
- FIX: Forms reloading for templates without user input in unique cases
- UPDATE: Change navigation destination when changing organization selector for multi-membership users
- FIX: Instances where inactive participant status would prevent read-only view of the participant profile

- FIX: Improve access handling for inactive participants in the supported employment microservice and housing microservice
- FIX: Improve handling of kiosk deployment for new organizations
- FIX: Instances where pop-up notifications would not display for incoming SMS messages
- FIX: Prevent discharge of participants that have a GPRA record started but no discharge GPRA interview completed.
- FIX: Instances where GPRA related program IDs used UUIDs instead of alias IDs
- UPDATE: Improve handling of user states to refresh the notification hub microservice connection after a period of inactivity once logged in
- UPDATE: Improve UI of the referrals network for filters, sorting, and searching behavior
- UPDATE: Introduce automatic matching of potential referral network partner when creating new to avoid duplication instances
- FIX: Automatic refreshing of tasks each time the task hub interface is closed or reloaded
- FIX: An issue when selecting referral partner service types, the UI would automatically move to the bottom of a list of options
- UPDATE: Allow creation of referral partners without address or website or admin users for flexibility; allow creation of digital only referral partners
