• UPDATE: Telerecovery video now uses preferred provider integrations for video meetings (enterprise administrators may set up Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft teams for use following instructions now available on the knowledge base here).
  • Please note that all video calling sessions now must use the new integration and directly embedded video is no longer supported as of October 9, 2024.
  • Enterprise administrators may set up a preferred video provider as well as optional providers as they see fit. These settings are per organization and will require multi-service org enterprises to set up these providers following the instructions per organization.
  • No core changes to the functionality of SMS, Phone Calls, or Chat have been made.
• UPDATE: Added new organizational and enterprise switcher for multi-member staff users.
• UPDATE: Update all application summary tables with new column headers and filter choices.
• FIX: Instances where kiosk members would have an incorrect status applied after a kiosk intake.
• Update: GPRA expandable question sections and matrices.
• UPDATE: Improve microservice provisioning process and UI navigation access/removal for microservices enabled for a given enterprise.
• FIX: Instances where inactive participants could text or call a staff telerecovery number when they should not be able to.
• UPDATE: Creation of a new "invalid messages" tab for supervisors and administrators on the global telerecovery message page. Inactive participant SMS and non-organizational affiliated participant number SMS now show here and allow authorized staff to respond.
• FIX: Corrected access permissions for supervision session records; limits sessions to assigned primary supervisor, session authors, and organizational admins for staff sessions.
• FIX: Issue where participant intake reactivation session would not save fully.
• UPDATE: Changes to program ID and location feature that allows for the creation of enterprise owned program IDs and locations, or organizational owned program IDs and locations.
• FIX: An issue with default filters set on the my participants and all participants page views.
• FIX: Instances where customized activity logs would not render in table views in the application.
• UPDATE: Modifications to the participant profile to allow for dynamic rendering based on enterprise and organizational context.
