Participant Application Portal - Overview

Participant's who use RecoveryLink and have an account created can manage their services and electronic recovery record by logging in to https://portal.myrecoverylink.com

Once logged in, participants will have the ability to review their records, update their profile information (including consents, contact information, demographics, and recovery characteristics), participate in telerecovery video sessions, complete assessments, request appointments, complete assigned tasks, sign documents, provide information about referrals they have received, and request a transfer or sharing of their participant record.
