Reporting Service
RecoveryLink 2.0 features an integrated reporting application available to enterprise administrators and organizational administrators only. The reporting application features a combination of core data reporting (i.e., organizational reporting), microservices data reporting, and custom reports.
Authorized users may access the reporting application by selecting "Reports" from the dashboard landing page. Once loaded, users may select the desired filters to segment data - including: organization(s), program ID(s), location(s), staff user(s), and participant status(es).
Following filter selection, users should select the type of report they wish to run. Reports are split into three categories - organizational reporting (includes all customizations from your enterprise library), microservices reporting, and custom reports. After the category is selected, users will need to select the template types, data blocks, and data fields they wish to include in a report. Finally, a date range should be selected, which will allow the report to be generated below the filters selection modal.
After a report is generated, users may choose to download the report in CSV or XLS format to their local machine, or use the application built in viewer to review data. Please note the built in viewer can be sorted, filtered, and columns rearranged as desired.
