Logging into the application

Staff and Referral Entity Partner Users:

Each staff user and referral entity provider logins into the main application with their valid credentials at https://app.myrecoverylink.com. When user accounts are first created in the application, an automatic email notification will be sent to the new users providing a one-time login URL and instructions to login and reset their password. If a password needs to be reset or is forgotten, the forgot password option can also be used on this screen OR an email can be sent to support@myrecoverylink.com. 

The main landing page for staff when logging into the application is dynamic dashboard based upon the type of logged in user. Peer staff users will see a dashboard focused on their assigned case load and participant engagements in the recent past, as well as a digest of upcoming and due tasks and appointments (via the daily planner), as well as any missed notifications from different activities and events in the application since they last logged in (via the notification hub).

Referral entity partner users will not have a KPI dashboard, but rather be greeted by their administrative management dashboard when logging in. 

Participant Users:

Participants login to the participant application portal with their valid credentials, which are created automatically with a valid email at intake, at https://portal.myrecoverylink.com

Participant users will also not have a dashboard view when logging in, but rather be greeted by their participant profile page when logging in.
