Managing Program IDs

Program IDs are used throughout the application to assist in segmenting and categorizing data as needed for reporting and other purposes. Program IDs can be assigned to participants, as well as to activity logs and supervision sessions. If you use the GPRA microservice, program IDs are also used to create GPRA records for participants at program ID assignment. You may have as many program IDs as needed and these can be managed by organizational administrators or enterprise administrators.
