Audit Logging

The RecoveryLink Audit Log provides administrator and supervisor visibility into actions taken within RecoveryLink by staff members. Each entry available, as described below, has the action recorded with an available snapshot of the action specific information available in a read-only format when view is selected.

• Participant Audit Log
  • Entries are captured when staff members view, create, or edit Participant records.
• Staff Audit Log
  • Entries are captured when staff members view, create, or edit Staff Member records.
• Organization Audit Log
  • Entries are captured when staff members view, create, or edit Organization routes and records (not specific to a Participant or Staff Member)
• Enterprise Audit Log
  • Entries are captured when staff members view, create, or edit Enterprise routes and records (not specific to a Participant or Staff Member or Organization)

In extreme cases where an enterprise administrator requires bulk exported data from the audit log, a request can be made to receive raw data by emailing support directly.
