GPRA Module
The GPRA module in RecoveryLink uses the OMB Approved 2022/2023 version of the CSAT GPRA tool. We do not support any past versions of the GPRA as of December 2, 2022. GPRA is available for use by any organization who has purchased the add-on module.
For GPRA interviews to be completed, an enterprise or organizational administrator must first set specific program IDs to be GPRA enabled within organization or enterprise management.
Once the program ID is enabled for GPRA, any participant that is assigned the GPRA-enabled program ID will have a GPRA record created and the ability to facilitate intake, follow-up, and discharge GPRA interviews will be available for participants from their participant profile via the GPRA option in the side bar navigation.
Once a GPRA record is created, an intake GPRA interview is required to be completed first. Following completion of this intake interview, the system will allow for a discharge GPRA interview to be completed at any time, and will allow for a follow-up GPRA to be completed 5-8 months following the date of the intake GPRA interview. The notification hub will store the available and due dates for all GPRA follow-ups and alert the assigned staff member via an automatically assigned task and notification when the window opens and before it closes.
Completion of a GPRA interview stores collected data in an exportable report in the reporting application for entry into the SPARS system. Any staff user may also view and download a PDF render of collected interview data from the participant profile GPRA record.
Some customers may also have approval to modify the GPRA tool from their GPOs or CORs. The enterprise administrator may make changes to each GPRA interview via the customization engine. Customizations are limited to turning questions off/on (standard questions are always required if enabled), as well as adding new questions to individual sections of the interview. Added questions can be single select, multi-select, text, or number fields and may be enabled (show on the interview) and marked as required or optional.
