Notification Hub

The RecoveryLink notification hub integrates throughout the application to provide real-time and asynchronous notifications to staff users, referral entity partner provider users, and participants.

The notifications hub currently integrates with participants management, telerecovery, appointments, document signing, GPRA, and tasks. Notifications will be generated for new participant assignments, incoming telerecovery events or missed telerecovery events, required and upcoming GPRA interviews, and assigned/completed/upcoming tasks. All notifications generated by user generated activities such as the above will be relayed to the appropriate staff in the application and can optionally also use SMS and email if enabled. The notifications hub is also used for system notifications to staff users that are generated by the application, application administrators, or organization and enterprise administrators.
