Staff Supervision - Overview
Organizational administrators and peer supervisors have access to the staff supervision functions in the application. These features can be found from staff profiles or in in the Supervisor view in the primary sidebar navigation after logging in.
Users who wish to view a staff profile should use the "Manage staff" sidebar menu item available in the organization sidebar options. From the manage staff screen, users can select to view a staff member profile and update profile information, facilitates supervision sessions and update supervision plans, or upload staff documents.
Supervision plans and sessions are similar to the recovery planning and engagement process that participants engage with, with each staff member having a modifiable supervision plan that can be revised and follow-up on during each supervision session.
Supervision sessions, once created, are viewable by the staff member (when logging in and selecting my account > supervision sessions), or by supervisors by using the Supervision Sessions table or from the staff member profile. Supervisors are able to see supervision sessions performed by them or any session performed for the staff they are assigned as the primary supervisor.
Group Supervision Sessions allow the supervisor to do a session with one to many staff users, with the session itself fully customizable via the customization engine.
