Organizational Activities - Overview

Organizational activity logs allow organizations to create non-direct service activity and event logs through fully customizable activity log templates. Initial templates available at implementation are a General Activity Log, Harm Reduction Activity Log, Employer Contact Log, Individual Contact Log, and Volunteer Activity Log. Similar to engagement session and custom data form collection templates at the participant level, activity logs use a template format that ensures an organization can create or modify any activity log to suit their specific needs, completed by the enterprise administrator in the customization engine.
