Collecting Custom Participant Data Outside of Formal Engagements

RecoveryLink offers the option for data collection forms to be used outside of formal engagements, similar to collecting a unique survey response, via custom data collection forms. These actions are still unique to a given participant and are found by navigating to the participant profile. The custom forms available for staff to use with participants will depend on the customization set by their enterprise administrator in the customization engine.

To find the available custom forms for you, first navigate to the participant profile and select the Custom Data Forms navigation item in the participant profile side bar. This will show custom data forms available. These forms collect data similar to other templates in RecoveryLink and require whichever fields and blocks set by your enterprise administrator.
