Using Enterprise Dashboard Filters
Filters are available in several places in the enterprise dashboard. The first filter, which impacts all elements, is the organization filter. An enterprise dashboard can select one or many of the locations or instances available to their RecoveryLink deployment within this first filter, which then impacts the rest of the dashboard filtering and data options.
The main outcomes KPIs portion of the enterprise dashboard has a subset of filters which include service type, program IDs, intake source type, primary recovery pathway, intake date range, and last engagement date range. It is important to note that these filters are used to identify and segment which group(s) of participant should be included when viewing any screen within the main outcomes KPIs portion of the dashboard. These filters are not intended to segment data, but rather, isolate to included participants and then all data associated with those participants (collected at any time said participants have been a part of the organization) is displayed. If you are looking for date range specific data, the historic data portion of the enterprise dashboard should be used. Note, it is however possible to use intake date to capture demographic and other characteristic information within the main outcomes KPis portion, if you are attempting to report on newly intook participants within a given time range.
The historic data portion allows you to filter by organization (using the global organization filter described above), then by program ID(s), and finally a date range. These filters are used in any combination to filter to all available data that has been created and associated to a date that falls within the provided data range, including the start and end date.
