Contact Log

The RecoveryLink contact log is available under the Organization activities primary tab. The contact log is intended to be used to capture direct engagements - such as those facilitated when conducting community/street outreach - with individuals who are not enrolled into ongoing direct recovery support service, but still need to have individual information collected and reported upon.

The contact log allows any staff to submit a new contact log (either incoming or outgoing), with individual name, city/zip, phone, and email collected, along with a summary of the contact, the topics discussed during the contact, and optional assignment of a program ID. 

Please note that contact logs do not perform a new brief intake and individuals who have multiple contacts submitted are not tracked at the individual level and would require consolidation in reporting to get a unique count of contacts and number of multiple contacts per individual.
